The objective of this plan was to convert Barcelona into a world capital of fashion. The distinction between Barcelona and the other capitals (Paris, New York, Milan) has to be the emergence of new talents: the city that believes and invests in new talents.
Fashion is a contemporary phenomenon that impacts in the environment in which it develops and which nourishes it. To convert Barcelona into a world capital of fashion, the city must convert itself into an ecosystem that favours fashion’s manifestations.
